Paid Heart Fan Club members will get 24 hour exclusive access to purchase the VIP Upgrades. Once packages have sold out, no more will be added. VIP Upgrade packages do NOT include a concert ticket. At the moment, only the March dates have this upgrade available, but Heart says more dates will be added.
