Nancy produces next Heart album!

Just like she did on Jupiters Darling, Nancy Wilson will produce the Heart album scheduled for 2008.

Management: “Nancy will produce again… and she would like to write some songs with Ben Mink… but until the process starts, who knows. Its a little too early to tell at this point.”

  1. I couldn’t wait for Hearts new album in 2008, so I went to the local fortune teller and asked her to gaze into her crystal ball. She saw the album and told me all about it. This is what she saw:

Sorry, folks. The album didn’t come out in 2008. It was delayed, until September, 2009.

The name of the album is “K(no)w Love”.

There are ten new songs. The first two were based on the old Heart song, Crazy on You.
These are the songs by title, with a short description.

“Forever Never Moment”: The song is based on the lyric line, “So afraid of one who’s so afraid of you”.

“Broken Willow”: This song is based on the willow and stream story in the last 4 lines of Crazy on You. It ends with the lyric line, “My tallest branch is broken, but now my leaves mingle in the flow”.

“Oceans of Tibet”: This song is about sailing a boat on a secret hidden sea.

“Field of Broken Arrows”: This is an anti-war song, using the story of an ancient battlefield, now covered deep with soil.

“Morning Rays and Rainbows”: This is an ‘out-of-the-mold’ Heart song, that idealizes a love without and beyond heartache.

“Sand Dunes in the Sea”: Everyone believes this song is about tripping on LSD. But, it is really about the reminiscing of a very first love.

“Promise to an Angel”: Absolutely, nobody understands the dis-jointed lyrics of this song. But every time Ann sings this song, Nancy gets tears in her eyes.

“December’s Heart”: This song is about love’s unaccomplished goals.

“Two Ends of Time”: Clocks and watches don’t work right, in this song.

“Ancient Road”: The neverending road of humanity’s search for love.

The album ends with Ann repeating the phrase, “Reach and believe”, until her voice fades to nothing.

    —That was fun! Byeeeeeeeeeeeee, Jenny

  2. I think you’re right that the album will come out in 2009. If their 2008 Tour is already filling in now, when can they possibly record an album?

  3. Hi Jenni:
I went to MY fortune teller and he gave me the lyrics to one of your Heart songs!

    TWO ENDS OF TIME

    To see into the future,
You must look into the past,
    But then the present’s wasted,
    Believing time itself can last.

    Every moment’s infinite,
    And forever soon will pass.
When the two become the one,
The ends of time will clash.

    Time, time, time, time,
    What’s become of us?
I finally have to strongly ask,
    What’s become of us?

    I’m waiting for your answer,
    I’ll wait ‘til time dissolves.
    I’m waiting for your answer,
    What’s become of us?

What is this endless waiting for?
    What’s become of us?
I’ll wait ‘til time exists no more.
    What’s become of us?

What has become of us, my love?
    What has become of us?

  4. (Can I play, too ?)

I found a hidden Bonus Track on the CD. If you click on the cute little Cupid, you get this song.

    Message in the Rain

    The skies are turning cloudy,
As she strives for ancient pain.
(“I love the deep, deep storm,” she said.)
But this woman looks so lonely,
    Standing in the rain.

    She stood there, without motion,
    Her face into the wind.
(“I love the breathing storm,” she said.)
    Lightning flashed its ghastly white,
    With thunder closing in.

Guarding ghosts called to the girl,
“Come in out of the danger.”
(“I love the calling storm,” she said.)
The window’s watch was safe inside,
But kept her from the stranger.

A dry rain is falling, silently screaming
    Unspoken sounds of pain.
(“I love the wailing storm,” she said.)

    The odd part was,

She refused to drink the water,
From the cup left out in the rain.
