From The Georgian: Many people from the Bay St. George area could be spotted amongst the crowd gathered at the Pepsi Centre, including Meghan Targett and her aunt, Lorraine Gaudet.
“We used to listen to Heart all the time when we lived together a few years ago and it was always her and my uncle Mike’s – unfortunately deceased – dream to go to a Heart concert together,” said Meghan.
She noted the concert was much more than what she expected it to be.
“I knew they’d be good, but they were fantastic,” she said. “Ann has a voice that gives you cold chills.”
Her favourite song of the evening was “Crazy on You” – and especially Nancy’s guitar solo at the beginning of the song.
“Wow, what a guitar player,” exclaimed Meghan. “If they came back to Corner Brook next weekend I’d go see them again.” More from The Georgian!
