The Soundstage Taping from 2005 has been released many times on DVD (and even on Blu-Ray once, worth some money now), but never on CD.
This seems to be Dutch unofficial release on 180 grams vinyl and coming this month. Links for amazon will hopefully follow soon. This recording has
